excellent product, great smell.

Over half of my order of scent machines are defective. I ordered 100 of these machines in my last and they are defective and the supplier won’t honor their warranty. Some of the machines won’t turn on at all. Most of them work for 1-2 days and then stop working. They don’t even pump out any air so obviously it won’t diffuse any fragrance. The supplier told me that I should have an engineer look at them and fix them. These machines are supposed to have a 1 year warranty and they won’t honor their warranty when these were defective either at first use or stopped working after 1-2 days.
